Job Summary
Address the clients drain concerns, thoroughly inspect the drain system, provide suggestions and feedback to the client, expertly clear, clean and/or repair all identified issues. Completes all necessary paperwork.
Essential Job Functions
- User sewer cameras and sewer locators to determin options
- Complete all required documentation on service and may collect, record and deliver fees to office
- Participate in meetings and training as necessary
- Support the total quality effort. Identify and respond to the needs of internal and external clients 100% of the time
- Work within the guidelines of the safety and employee policy
- Responsible for maintaining knowledge of local and national codes and industry standards
- Conduct yourself in a manner that will best represent the company to others
- Start work on time with the required hand tools and personal protective equipment to perform the job safely and productively
- Clean and clear drains suing cable machines, hydro jetters and augers
- Minor plumbing service and repair
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school graduate/GED with appropriate 4 year apprenticeship certificate or 4 years of field experience
- Clean driving record
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of plumbing systems
- Working knowledge of all relevant national and local codes and company and industry standards.
- Must possess and maintain licenses that are required in the jurisdictions that you are working.

Person will be expected to be free from fear of heights and have the ability to work at heights on ladders and scaffolds. Some work may occur in confined spaces.
